Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data: identity and business data (name, company, role, business type, country); contact data (email, phone, postal address); business inquiry data submitted via our contact forms (selected service, message content); technical and usage data (IP address, device, browser, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, error/diagnostic logs); and cookie/tracking data (identifiers stored via cookies or similar technologies). We do not intentionally collect special categories of data, and our services are not directed to children.
How We Collect Data
Directly from you (contact forms, email, contracts); automatically (cookies, server logs, analytics where consented); and from third parties (analytics providers, referrals, public sources) where lawful.
Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
We process personal data to respond to inquiries and provide services (contractual necessity, Art. 6(1)(b)); to operate, secure and maintain the website (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)); for analytics and improvement (consent where required in the EEA/UK, Art. 6(1)(a), otherwise legitimate interests where permitted, Art. 6(1)(f)); to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); and to establish or defend legal claims (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Hosting, Forms, Domain and DNS
Framer Sites, Inc. hosts our website and powers our contact forms. Framer processes technical data necessary to deliver and secure the site (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps, error/diagnostic logs) and transmits form submissions to us.
Hostinger International Ltd. provides our domain registration and DNS. Hostinger may process technical DNS request logs (for example source IP and query data) to resolve domain queries and ensure availability.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies for essential functionality and, where required, with your consent for analytics. Essential cookies are necessary for site delivery and security and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are provided by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to help us understand visitor interactions. In the EEA/UK, GA4 only runs after consent via our cookie banner. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses and may process device/browser data and usage interactions. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by default (or shorter if configured in GA4). You can manage consent via our cookie banner, adjust your browser settings, or opt out using Google’s add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Contact Forms and Business Inquiries
When you use our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, company, service selection, and message to respond to your request and to prepare or perform business relations. The legal basis is contractual necessity and our legitimate interests in efficient communication. We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a longer period is legally required or necessary for legal claims. If you become a client, related records may be retained for up to 10 years for statutory purposes.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor indexing, performance, and technical health of our website. It does not place cookies on visitors’ devices and does not collect personal data from site users.
Sharing of Data
We share personal data only with service providers required to operate our site and business (Framer, Hostinger, Google) under appropriate contractual safeguards; with professional advisers (IT, legal, accounting) under confidentiality; and with public authorities or courts where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (for example to Google or other sub-processors), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, and supplementary measures as needed.
Retention
Analytics data (GA4): up to 14 months (default).
Server/DNS logs (Framer/Hostinger): typically 30–90 days.
Business inquiries and correspondence: up to 24 months after last interaction.
Contracts, invoices and statutory records: up to 10 years.
